"Owen takes great pride in his work and proved himself to be totally trustworthy. He alerted to me to a serious bathroom defect which had gone undetected for some time, meaning the bath had to be repositioned, a new frame built, and new wall tiles fitted to match the existing ones. What could have been a daunting task was resolved by Owen's ability to talk through all the options in a straightforward manner, bearing in mind the financial implications. All work was carried out to an excellent standard and in a very short timeframe. One of the best."
